Provide additional internet exposure including photos and/or vitual tours. Sites include but are not limited to: Realtor.com, HouseHunt.com, HouseSeeker4U.com, BurrRidgeRealEstate.net, HinsdaleRealEstate.net, DownersGroveRealEstate.net, LaGrangeRealEstate.org, Zillow, Craig's List, BuyOwner and other consumer classified sites, PPRHomes.com, CindyMottl.com.
Distribute copies of the listing on your home for sale to all Platinum Partners Sales Staff (70+ agents strong, 3 office locations - Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Glen Ellyn).
Prepare full color feature folder of your house for sale.
Offer professional home staging advice.
Increase exposure with professional "For Sale" sign and Sentrilock keybox.
Conduct tour of your home for cooperating MLS agents in your area.
Arrange direct mail promotion.
Schedule print ads when appropriate.
Follow up with cooperating agents for their clients' reactions to your home. If more than one agent has interested client, advise of possible dual offer.
Be present for submission of all contracts and negotiate the best possible price and terms.
Execute follow up ad keep you informed of the status of the mortgage, inspection, appraisal, and other closing procedures.
